Design/Build or Remodel

Design/build or remodeling projects can include anything from a bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel or room addition to an exterior remodel, a whole house renovation, or outdoor living space. Our full service remodeling includes designs; cabinets; counter tops; tile work; stone work; masonry; siding; doors; windows; framing; sheetrock; painting; flooring (hardwoods, carpet, etc.); electrical; plumbing; and HVAC — we can provide it all.

We provide complete services for any size remodel project from start to finish. We offer consultations with a professional designer to help show your visions, wants and needs with drawings. We put those same visions, wants and needs, blended with the realities of the field, into our written proposals and show you the process of the project, along with a realistic budget for the project. Our designers can then offer the engineered plans needed to take the next step in your “home” project. We take care of all the permitting, inspections, sub-contractor bids, even HOA applications for your project. We are there with guidance and support during each step of the job to help create the space you want and/or need. We check to make sure you are satisfied at each step of the finish work and we don’t count any project as complete until the work we promise to complete is done to your satisfaction.

Kitchen Remodel

We can help turn the kitchen you have into the kitchen you’ve always wanted. We can provide quality materials for your kitchen remodel through our long-standing relationships with expert contractors in the fields of custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, and tile.

We took a simple, somewhat sterile kitchen in a South Charlotte gatedcommunity and transformed it into the warm, inviting space the homeowners’ envisioned by updating the cabinets, putting in granite counter tops, a new tile floor laid in a herringbone pattern, and bead board on the island and above the cabinets.

Bathroom Remodel

We can re-design the layout of your Charlotte area bathroom to create better function and flow to the space, or to add that tub, shower or storage space that you want in your bathroom. We can change the cabinets and/or counter tops, install new plumbing or lighting fixtures, or put tile throughout the floor, shower, or tub deck.

Room Addition

We added a 2 story addition to this South Charlotte home with a garage below and a sitting room and closet added to the master bedroom on the 2^nd level. We matched the existing stucco so closely that you’d never know where the original house ended.

We built this breathtaking open beam construction pavilion in a neighborhood off Providence Road in Charlotte with a fireplace and a bar with stone counter top and cabinets built into a natural stone wall for the homeowners’ to enjoy a sunny day by the pool or a warm night with friends.

Fire and Flood Restoration

Our team can restore your Charlotte area home after it is damaged by smoke, fire or water. We can help with debris and fire/water stain removal so that you can start to move on. We can rebuild to previous design or help create a new layout for a new start. We also offer drying, cleaning, and deodorizing services for water damage as well as offering waterproofing and mold remediation.

Repairs/Painting

Repairs and painting includes general carpentry (rough and finish work); handyman services; structural repairs; painting; and our custom tailored home maintenance program. We can take care of all those small repairs that you’ve been trying to get to, but just don’t have the time for. When you don’t want to take on a full space remodel, built-in cabinets, new flooring, and some paint can transform a room completely. We can also make your house “market ready” by doing all those little things that can make your home more marketable.

General Carpentry

We can design custom shelving, molding or cabinets for any need. We can turn a plain column, in place for structural purposes, into a striking design element with custom trim and molding. Our team of experienced carpenters and craftsmen use quality materials and a wealth of knowledge to complete any wood project you have. Structural Repairs

Structural damage can be one of the most costly repairs you encounter for your home. We specialize in repairing structural problems caused by termites, water damage and dry rot. We repair the damage to the structural members in your crawl space and help take measures, like installing French drains or putting down vapor/moisture barriers, to prevent future damage. Painting

Our team of painters can take care of any paint projects you may have. If you want to simply update the colors or décor in 1 room or every room, we are up to the task. We can paint the interior of your new home before you move in, or to get it ready to sell. We do interior as well as exterior paint, since a new coat of paint, can give anything a bright new look. We will move any furniture into another part of the house or into the center of the room and cover it and the floor with plastic and/or drop cloths. We will prep the interior space(s) to be painted by scraping, sanding, caulking, filling nail holes, repairing sheetrock and applying primer wherever needed. When we paint the exterior of your home we also pressure wash the whole exterior prior to completing the prep work which includes, scraping, sanding, caulking and priming wherever needed. We cover any landscaping (bushes, flowers, etc.) to protect it while painting. We can replace any rotten or damaged siding or trim as well. We use only top quality paints in your choice of color.

Home Maintenance Program

We are proud to offer a rather unique service with our custom tailored home maintenance program. Your home is a major investment in your life as well as being an extension or representation of your personality. Your home needs “well” check-ups just like you do, to catch any small issues that, without attention, can turn into major problems with costly price tags. Everyone gets busy with life’s many obligations, enjoyments and distractions, so why not let us take care of the check-ups as well as the little things that so often get left undone, forgotten, or put off.

We will come to your home, create a list of maintenance items and inspections that you would like to have us take care of and make a custom schedule to regularly come out to complete your maintenance and inspections. We will cover everything from inspecting the attic and crawl space for damage, dry rot, proper ventilation, etc. to changing HVAC filters, cleaning out dryer vents, and changing exterior and/or interior light bulbs that are too high to reach without a ladder. We have an extensive list of recommended items that you can choose to include in your maintenance and inspections and we will also include anything that is specific to your home. After each inspection, we will notify you of any problems we have found and present you with our recommendations for addressing those problems.
